We were so excited to be in our first home this year, that we couldn't resist spending Christmas at HOME. OUR HOME. For all five years of our marriage, Ty and I have never spent Christmas at our home. We have always been fortunate to spend it at one of our parent's homes, but never in our own bed, in our own family room with our own tree, and eating Christmas breakfast in our own kitchen.
I know...ya get the point.
With all that said, we spent Christmas this year in our home in Middleton. We had an uncontrollable blast. As it was supposed to be our year in Utah with Ty's parents, we decided to head down there the week before Christmas and do a little Pre-Christmas celebrating. Complete with a Christmas Eve feast, opening presents, and looking at Christmas lights at
Temple Square. (One of my favorite things.) I even
learned tried to learn to crochet.
More on that later.
